healthy, female participants, taking hormonol contrazeptives, non-smokers and normal weight
- acute or chronic somatic or psychiatric disorders
- current or previous increase of intraocular pressure (glaucoma)
- positive family history of cerebral seizures or arterial vascular anomalies (aneurysms)
- vaccination in the last 2 months or (planned) in the following month
- participation in pharmacological studies within the last 2 months
- an increased arterial blood pressure (greater than 140/90 mmHg)
- pregnancy or lactation -
- taking medication (except occasionally aspirin or acetaminophen to no more than one week prior to study entry)
- body mass index under 19 and over 26
- regular use of nicotine, alcohol or drugs
- previous traumatic experiences
- previous or acute depressive moods

Name Time Method Assessment of: <br>- Intrusionfrequency and -distress with an electronic diary (iPod) over the duration of the experiment (4 days) beginning immediately after the presentation of the trauma-film <br>- excplicit memory on the film content with a specially designed memory task three days after film presentation (true / false judgments regarding statements on the content of the trauma film), <br>- basal cortisol levels 1 week prior the study <br>- cortisol levels (cortisol awakening response and reactivity of cortisol administration) on the test days as well as between the days of testing, <br>- continuous physiological parameters such as ECG, EDA and blood pressure on both days of testing <br>- subjective ratings regarding the anxiety and stress with the STAI and the PANAS
