This randomized controlled clinical trial evaluates the clinical performance of three different surface-treated monolithic zirconia occlusal veneers in posterior teeth. Patients will be assigned into three groups receiving different surface treatments, and clinical performance will be assessed at multiple follow-up intervals using the modified USPHS criteria.

Inclusion Criteria
Localized or generalized advanced posterior teeth occlusal wear Good oral hygiene No active pulpal and peri-apical disease.
Exclusion Criteria
Extensive carious lesions Poor oral hygiene Endodontically treated tooth.
