- •Recurrent sinus surgery
- •1)Hypertension
- •2)Coronary heart disease
- •3)Renal insufficiency
- •4)Hepatic insufficiency
- •5)Cerebral insufficiency
- •6)Coagulopathy
- •7)Patients with heart block
- •8)H/O allergy to the study drug used
- •9)Patients on ACE inhibitors, α-2 adrenergic receptors antagonists, Calcium channel blockers,beta blockers
