- •2)ASA PS I or II
- •3)Elective FESS surgeries in otorhinolaryngology.

- •2)Recurrent sinus surgeries
- •3)Hypertensive patients
- •4)IHD (Ischemic Heart Disease)
- •5)Renal /Hepatic/ Cerebral Insufficiency
