研究概览

简要总结

This study investigates how combining two physiotherapy techniques—Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Scapular Stabilization Exercises—affects patients with mechanical neck pain. MET is a manual therapy approach that uses the patient’s muscle contractions to improve joint mobility and reduce muscle tightness. Scapular stabilization exercises aim to improve the strength, control, and position of the shoulder blade (scapula), which plays a key role in neck and upper back mechanics.
