Inclusion Criteria
1. Male and female patients, 20-70 years old
2. Written informed consent
3. For participants taking medications (including supplements and dietary supplements), those who have not changed their dosage and administration during the study period
Exclusion Criteria
1. Renal dysfunction (eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m2)
2. Liver cirrhosis
3. Clinical evidence of cholestasis
4. Active cancer
5. Pregnant or lactating female
6. Participant deemed inadequate to this study
