Inclusion Criteria
In order to be eligible for participation in the trial, a participant must meet the following criteria:
(1) aged 18 years or over, (2) employed at one of the participating health care institutions, and (3) a daily smoker (i.e. smoking at least one cigarette per day)
Exclusion Criteria
A person who meets any of the following criteria will not be eligible for participation in this study:
(1) only using e-cigarettes and (2) not being able to physically attend the group-based training sessions.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary end-points are self-reported biochemically validated smoking cessation at t=0, t=3, t=6 and t=15.<br>Tertiary outcomes are the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio and the incremental cost utility ratio, where the first is calculated using the total costs per quitter and the latter by the costs and self-reported quality of life (EQ-5D).
