- •Willingness to participate in the trial and follow diet restrictions
- •Complete headache dairy
- •Medicines for 90 days

- •Subjects with primary psychiatric disorders
- •major medical illness
- •pure menstrual migraine
- •menopausal women
- •subjects who were on ayurveda or yoga for the past six months
