Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients between the age group of 18 to 68
2.Patient on mechanical ventilation and tracheostomised or endotracheal Intubated
3.Patients after 24 hour of intubation
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient with perceived spine injury
2.Patient with trachea-bronchial anomalies.
3.Patient with known risk of bleeding disorder.
4.Patient on weaning
5.Patient who are Nasal intubated
