Inclusion Criteria
Patients of either sex belonging to Americans society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) class 1 to 2, scheduled to undergo elective surgery for intracranial tumour resection will be enrolled.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having
Electrolyte imbalance
Preoperative Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) <13
Hemodynamic instability
Pre-existing renal failure (serum creatinine >2)
Coagulation abnormalities
Pregnancy and Lactation
Diabetes mellitus
Refusal to give consent
