A pre-experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of a tailored teaching program on knowledge and practice of dysphagia screening protocol among nurses working in the neurology wards, which includes the Emergency ICU, stroke ICU, and Stroke unit, male and female neurology wards. Study participants are the nurses who fulfil the inclusion criteria and are available during the study period. Written consent will be obtained from each participant, and a pretest will be administered, followed by a tailored teaching program. After 10-day intervals, a post-test will be conducted. After data collection, the data will be encoded and submitted to the biostatistics department for analysis.

- •all the nurses working in the neurology wards with the minimum experience of 6 months.
排除标准
- •nurses who underwent /are undergoing specialised on dysphagia screening and those who are not available during the study period.
