Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients having BMI 18 to \= 35 kg.m\-2\.
  • •Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA I and II.
  • •Patients complaining of chronic non\-cyclical mastalgia (more than 3 months)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient’s unwillingness to participate in the study
  • •2\. Patients with malignancies
  • •3\. Pregnancy and lactation
  • •4\. Patient allergic to the study drug
  • •5\. Patient not able to understand pain score
