Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients having BMI 18 to \= 35 kg.m\-2\.
- •Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA I and II.
- •Patients complaining of chronic non\-cyclical mastalgia (more than 3 months)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient’s unwillingness to participate in the study
- •2\. Patients with malignancies
- •3\. Pregnancy and lactation
- •4\. Patient allergic to the study drug
- •5\. Patient not able to understand pain score
