- •1.All operable Breast Cancer patients planned for Modified Radical Mastectomy under General Anaesthesia in the department of General Surgery( Undergoing in JIPMER).

- •1.Patients with age <18 years and >65 years
- •2.Patients with history of drug allergy
- •3.Pregnant and lactating patients
- •4.Previous Breast irradiation
- •5.Recurrent Breast Cancer
