- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Intra-operative use of PECS-II block by securing catheter in place in MRM patients, will reduce post-operative pain more significantly resulting in less usage of Opioids thus reducing their side effects and they might also reduce incidence of chronic pain following Mastectomy.Timepoint: within 2 days.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reduced Post-operative nausea and vomiting due to less opioid consumption. assess satisfaction during discharge.Timepoint: for initial 48 hours. Then at the time of discharge.
