•1\.All operable Breast Cancer patients planned for Modified Radical Mastectomy under General Anaesthesia in the department of General Surgery( Undergoing in JIPMER).

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Patients with age \<18 years and \>65 years
•2\.Patients with history of drug allergy
•3\.Pregnant and lactating patients
•4\.Previous Breast irradiation
•5\.Recurrent Breast Cancer
