Inclusion Criteria

1. Age: 18-80
2. The participants who do not infect with COVID-19 and have no current systemic conditions include infection, auto-immune, COPD, hepatitis and liver cirrhosis, acute cardiac failure or MI, pernicious anemia, acute respiratory disease, etc.
3. The participants who have no symptoms after infection with COVID-19
4. The patients with cognitive impairment and chronic fatigue associated with the post-COVID-19 condition

Exclusion Criteria

1. The subject who is not possible collection a prospective clinical variable in the study visit.
2. Current systemic conditions include infection, auto-immune, COPD, hepatitis and liver cirrhosis, acute cardiac failure or MI, pernicious anemia, acute respiratory disease, etc.
3. The subject who has an inappropriate medical condition for entry into this study by the investigator's judgment.
