Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult age over 19 year
- •2\. Confimed MRSA bacteremia
- •3\. Who agree to participate the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Type 1 hypersensitivity to cefazolin or vancomycin
- •2\. Polymicrobial infection
- •3\. Receiving anti MRSA therapy longer than 72 hours before the study enrollment
- •4\. patient expected to die in the next 48 hour
- •5\. history of MRSA bacteremia within previous 3 months
- •6\. Pregnancy
