Inclusion Criteria
All female patients undergoing MRI for clinical suspicion of pelvic mass or inconclusive ultrasonographic findings.
Exclusion Criteria
All patients with history of abdominal trauma
Patients with operative history of malignant pelvic mass
Pregnant patients
Patients with metallic implants, pacemaker/cochlear implant
Patients with claustrophobia/any other psychiatric abnormality
Uncooperative patients

Name Time Method To detect pelvic masses in females and diagnose them as benign or malignant and estimate the local spread in adjacent pelvic cavity if the mass is malignantTimepoint: 2 years
