- •All patients with melasma
排除标准
- •Treatment with OCP and HRT
- •Use of drugs that darken the color of the skin
- •History of allergy to topical and systemic steroids and thyroid drugs in at least the last 30 days
- •History of Severe systemic disease
- •History of any thyroid disease
