- •Patients of intertrochanteric fractures requiring fixation with DHS/DCS
排除标准
- •Psychiatric patients
- •Patients in whom stabilization with implants other than DHS/DCS
- •Any bleeding disorder like haemophilias, deranged international normalized ratio
- •Any previous history of adverse reaction or allergy to TXA
- •Congenital or acquired coagulopathy
- •Recent history of thrombo-embolic episode
- •Implant removal procedure
