Inclusion Criteria
- •The inclusion criteria were men or women aged\> 18 years old who had a normal health screening within the last 12 months and no chronic comorbidities and were currently cycling at least 3 times a week either for sport or recreationally.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not finish at least 50% of facemask exercise
