•Patients at the age of 18\-60 years with ASA physical status I or II who are candidate for forearm surgery.
•Exclusion criteria : History of cardiovascular and liver diseases; Sensitivity to drugs used in study; Use alfa\-2 adrenergic and/or analgesic before the surgery; Patients with neurological and/or psychological disorders.
