入选标准
- •Patients who are satisfied with their participation in the research project.
- •Patients undergoing elective surgery.
- •Patients aged between 18 and 60 years.
排除标准
- •Pregnant patients.
- •Patients with ASA 4 and ASA 5.
- •Patients with asthma and copd
- •Opioid addiction and use of NSAID or opium in last 3-5 days before
- •Diabetic patients.
- •Patients with coagulopathy disorder
- •any AV Block changes in the ECG.
- •Head Trauma
- •Any Abnormality in arm and forearm
- •Any contraindications of interscalen block such as diaphragmatic paralysis in the other side
