- •1. Age group of 18 â??65 years of both sexes
- •2. ASA grade I and II
- •3. Weight 40-80 kg
- •4. patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy under routine general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.local infection at block site
- •2.coagulopathy
- •3.Morbid obesity (BMI >40)
- •4.Allergy to local anaesthetics
- •5.decrease pulmonary reserve
- •6.Renal dysfunction
- •7.Pre-existing neurological deficits
- •8.Psychiatric illness
