Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients aged \>\= 18 years of ASA physical status 1â??2
- •and gestational age \>\= 37 weeks, who are scheduled to undergo elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •contraindication to spinal anaesthesia (coagulation disorder, allergy to local anesthetics, sepsis, increased intracranial pressure), medical conditions (pre\-existing or new\-onset cardiac disease, pre\-eclampsia or eclampsia, neurological disorder) and fetal conditions (fetal distress, intrauterine growth restriction, severe congenital abnormalities, stillbirth and multiple pregnancies
