Patient /relatives who are willing to give consent to be the part of this study are included.
Patients who are admitted in adult critical care unit are included.
Patient with distorted anatomy in the neck area
Patient having known medical or surgical problems of common carotid/internal jugular vein/heart problems
Patient who have undergone any type of surgery in the neck (ex- thyroid..etc)
Patients who are on inotropic support and having central line in situ in Internal jugular vein or subclavian vein
