male, strength training experiences, active and healthy, junior handball player, shoulder free of pain and injuries
neurological disease, injuries of the throwing shoulder which hinder a proper training, a pathological shoulder with zysts, no medication which hinders performance or regeneration, no virus or bacterial infects, other diesase which weaken a high performance, subjects with a pacemaker, subjects with metallic or magnetic structures not removable inside the body cannot be recruted
