1. type 2 diabetes
2. body mass index more than 18.5 kg/m2
3. aged 18 years and over
4. Subjects with FBS > 126 mg/dL and HbA1C than 6.5 but not exceeding 8%, receiving diagnosed for more than 6 months and receiving behavioral modification treatment and or receiving Use of diabetes medication without any change in medication during the 3-month period before the study.
5.Insulin and insulinsecretagogues are not used.
6. Able to eat normally through the mouth
7. can speak and listen to Thai
1. Pregnant or currently breastfeeding
2. kidney disease stage 3B or more
3. high blood pressure over 180/100
4. history of soybean or dietary constituents in the research.
5. cancer or terminal illness
6. dementia
7. cirrhosis/hepatitis
8.cardiovascular disease who are not able to control their symptoms and still need to adjust their medication.
