1) Teeth with Miller class ? and ?? gingival recessions in buccal/facial aspects which are placed in maxillary and/or mandibular canine, premolar and incisors with recession depth>=3mm
2) Sufficient vestibular depth
3) The width of keratinized gingiva for coronally advanced flap>=3mm
Exclusion criteria:
1) Systemic diseases which affect the periodontioum.
2) Bleeding on probing in surgery regions.
3) Poor oral hygiene (plaque index>%20)
4) Pregnancy
5) Steroid therapy
6) Teeth with history of endodontic therapy
7) Teeth with history of root coverage surgery
8) Teeth with symptoms such as pain and sensitivity and PDL widening and periapical radiolucency in periapical radiography
9) Need for antibiotic prophylaxis
10) No written informed consent.
11) Orthodontic therapy
12) High muscle attachment and frenal pull
13) Smoking

Name Time Method Root coverage. Timepoint: Baseline and first, third and sixth month following surgery. Method of measurement: Initial recession depth minus secondary recession depth divided by the initial recession depth (*100%).
