Criteria for inclusion:
?Patients between the ages of 18 and 75 who had rectal cancer surgery and met the LARS diagnostic criteria;
?Have basic communication and comprehension skills, as well as the ability to participate with examinations and treatments;
?Informed consent must be signed.
1 Patients with distant metastases that can't be removed all at once;
2 Patients with anorectal dysfunction due to preoperative anal sphincter injury, anal malformation, inflammatory bowel disease, or other disorders;
3 Biopsy pathology showed poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucinous carcinoma;
4 Patients with life-threatening heart, lung, or other systemic illnesses;
5 Patients who have had a cardiac pacemaker implanted;
6 Patients with mental illnesses and communication problems are unable to complete the follow-up evaluation accurately;
7 Refused to be a part of the group.
