Inclusion Criteria

  • 1) Women aged between 35 and 70 years
  • 2) metabolic syndrome under the guidelines of IDF 2006
  • 3) Non-regular exercise

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1) Cardiovascular disease
  • 2) Respiratory disease
  • 3) Neuromuscular disorder
  • 4) Liver and kidney disorder
  • 5) Orthopedic problem (only if affect on shoulder movement)
  • 6) Chronic infection
