Inclusion Criteria
- •1) Women aged between 35 and 70 years
- •2) metabolic syndrome under the guidelines of IDF 2006
- •3) Non-regular exercise
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Cardiovascular disease
- •2) Respiratory disease
- •3) Neuromuscular disorder
- •4) Liver and kidney disorder
- •5) Orthopedic problem (only if affect on shoulder movement)
- •6) Chronic infection
