Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients who are giving consent for study participation.
  • patients who are admitted in selected wards of AIIMS Bhopal.
  • patients who are presenting signs and symptoms of peripheral IV cannula associated phlebitis of various grades that scores 1\-4 on Infusion Nurses Society phlebitis scale.
  • patients who knows Hindi, English or Both.

Exclusion Criteria

  • patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
  • patients who are applying any topical medications for phlebitis.
  • patients who are receiving anti\-cancer chemotherapeutic drugs.
