Suffering from a migraine confirmed by a neurologist based on the criteria of the third edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorder
The participants must be between 18 and 50 years old
At least 1 year has passed since their illness
They have not started complementary treatments (such as biofeedback)
Do not have thyroid and digestive disorders
Willing to participate in the study
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
People who suffer from other chronic diseases (such as: kidney).
Those who take certain nutritional supplements that may affect migraines such as (coenzyme Q10, riboflavin, magnesium).
Those who take omega-3 supplements
Those who have a history of allergy to flax seeds

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Assess the severity of migraine. Timepoint: Measurement at the beginning of the study, 30 and 60 days after the start of the study. Method of measurement: The visual Analog Scale for pain (VAS).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Examining people's condition in terms of depression, stress and anxiety. Timepoint: First study, 30 and 60 days after the intervention. Method of measurement: In order to check the condition of people in terms of depression, stress and anxiety, the 21-question DASS questionnaire modified for Iran is used.;Sleep quality. Timepoint: First study, 30 and 60 days after the intervention. Method of measurement: The sleep quality of the participants is measured by the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) questionnaire.;Quality of Life. Timepoint: First study, 30 and 60 days after the intervention. Method of measurement: In order to evaluate the level of disability caused by migraine, the Headache Impact Test-6 questionnaire is used.
