Clinical diagnosed asthma
age >= 18 year
Treated with low to moderate dose of ICS/LABA
Not well control asthma (ACT score < 20 or physician diagnosed as not well controlled asthma
History of severe exacerbation including hospitalization / ER visit in the precious year.
Pregnancy or child bearing.
Subjects who were treated with systemic steroid in the previous 6 months.
Subjects who were treated with LAMA.
Subjects who were treated with montelukast in the last 3 months.
age >= 80 years
