PATIENTS DIAGNOSED WITH ALLERGIC FUNGAL RHINOSINUSITIS

CHILDREN LESS THAN 18 YEARS
PREGNANT WOMEN
PATIENT WITH CONTRAINDICATIONS TO MONTELUKAST
