1) Persons with primary lung, breast, gastric, colorectal, hepatic, uterine, and ovarian cancer
- Including both single-cancer and multiple-cancer patients. In case of multiple-cancer, according to clinical decision based on cancer history study and severity of disease, study physician prioritizes cancers, decide main (dominant) cancer and allocate the case to corresponding cancer group. Minor cancer must be stated in the main cancer report form.
2) Persons within one year after the diagnosis of the main cancer without recurrence or distant metastasis (code 7 based on SEER summary staging; distant site(s)/node(s) involved) when screening.
3) Persons who bringing the medical records including the date of diagnosis, stage, and pathological results.
4) Persons who receiving conventional cancer treatments, finished conventional cancer treatments without residual mass, and receiving only traditional Korean medicine cancer treatments after ceasing or having never receiving conventional cancer treatments.
5) Whether or not received traditional Korean medicine cancer treatments before, persons who agree to receive traditional Korean medicine cancer treatments at the East-West Cancer Center, Dunsan Korean Medicine Hospital of Daejeon University when screening to determine eligibility.
6) The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status less than 2 when screening to determine eligibility.
7) Persons who voluntarily agree to participate in the study.
8) Persons who consent to provide personal information.
9) Aged 18 and over, to younger than 80.
1) Persons who visit outpatient department at the East-West Cancer Center, only consult Korean medicine doctor and reject to receive traditional Korean medicine cancer treatments.
2) Life expectancy less than 3 months or The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status more than 3.
3) Persons who do not bring the medical records including the date of diagnosis, stage, and pathological results.
4) Persons who cannot participate in the study and perform study due to other medical conditions or mental problems .
5) Persons who are judged improper to participate in the study according to the decision of study physician.
