1. Single primary mandibular molar indicated for pulpectomy
2. Teeth with irreversible pulpitis
3. Teeth with about 2/3rd of roots present
1.Children with extraoral or intraoral abscess
2.Uncooperative child - Franklâ??s rating 1 and 2
3.Patient taking another other analgesic within 4 hours prior to the procedure
4.Patients without home telephone or parental supervision for the post operative period
5.History of any other medical conditions and children with special healthcare needs
6.Patients with history of asthma or any drug allergy
