Influenza vaccination is essential for healthcare workers, a priority risk group due to their high exposure and vital role in healthcare delivery. By specifically evaluating vaccine-induced immunity within this group, the study will provide valuable insights into determinants of immune protection, help identify potential gaps in vaccine effectiveness, and contribute to strengthening vaccination strategies and public health preparedness in India. Host factors such as age, prior exposure, vaccination history, co-morbidities, and occupational risk influence immune responses following vaccination. This study will assess how host factors such as age, prior exposure, vaccination history, co-morbidities, and occupational risk influence vaccine-induced immunity, thereby identifying potential gaps in protection and supporting stronger vaccination strategies and public health preparedness in India.

- •Consented individual Individuals who are willing to provide pre and post vaccination blood sample as per schedule.
排除标准
- •Participants who have recently diagnosed with Influenza virus infection (within 3 months) Participants who have received medication/ therapy recently (last six months) Participants that have refused or withdrawn from study.
