Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients who are willing to participate in the study
2.Patient indicated for bilateral maxillary posterior teeth extraction
3.Individuals under ASA I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Reported allergy to amide type local anesthetics, ingredients of anesthetic solution or any of the products used in the study
2.Patients with severe acute infections
3.Patients with gross periapical pathology
4.Patients having a habit of smoking and consuming alcohol
5.Women who are pregnant
