Inclusion Criteria
Main inclusion criteria: Women with BMI ranged 25 to 29.9 (overweight); 30 and over (obese); Women; Being literate
Main exclusion criteria: Being pregnant; Inability to exercise; Absence more than one session (control or intervention group).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Modification of attitude, intention and PMT constructs. Timepoint: Pre-intervention, 2 and 6 month after intervention. Method of measurement: A researcher made questionnaire to measure attitude, intention and PMT constructs.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Anthropometric characteristics. Timepoint: Pre-intervention, 2 and 6 month after intervention. Method of measurement: Weight of the women was measured in light weight clothing to the nearest 0.1kg using a digital scale, height was measured using height rod in standing position, to measure waist to hip variable, Waist circumference divided into hip circumference based on cm, Waist circumference was also checked by height road based on cm, in final, BMI was measured usingweight (kg) to square of height (m).
