1.Age group of 6-16 presenting with 04 diagnostic symptoms of Vatajapratishaya ie. Kshavathu (sneezing), Nasa srava (rhinorrhea), Nasauparodha (nasa blockage) , Nasaâ??bru kandu (itchy nose â??eyebrow).with two added symptoms Mukha shosha(dry mouth), Sirasoola (headache).
2.Gives written informed consent (parent/legal guardian) and assent (from the child).
3.Children with SFAR score >7.
1.Patient presenting symptoms other than Vataj pratishyay, lower respiratory tract infection, upper respiratory tract complaints such as polyp,tumors, adenotonsillar hypertophy, neuromuscular disease, history of nasal surgery.2.InfectiousconditionssuchasTuberculosis,Pluraleffusion, Emphysema, Lung abscess, Bronchiectasis, pneumonia, Pleurisy.
3.Congenital anomalies of respiratory tract
4.Pt suffering from any debilitating disease, Behavioural condition any hypersenstivity to the formula
