Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients posted for elective Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
2. Patients falling under American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class 1
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. ASA Physical Status class 2 and above
3. Age 17 years and below, 60 years and above
4. History of chest pain, palpitations, syncope
5. Baseline heart rate < 60/min
6. Baseline systolic BP < 100mmHG
7. Abnormalities in pre-operative ECG
