Inclusion Criteria
There should be active pain in mandibular first and second molars without any periapical radiolucency.
Patients with no history of trauma to involved tooth.
Patients with vital coronal pulp.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with periapical pathology.
Retreatment cases.
Cases with non vital pulp.
Pregnancy or lactating patients.
Diabetic patients.
Those with allergy to LA or sulphur drugs.
Patients under neurologic or psychiatric treatment
