Inclusion Criteria
HCC patients undergoing hepatectomy
ASA physical status 1-3
acceptable for epidural catheter insertion
Exclusion Criteria
Recurrent HCC patients
Severe systemic disease
Chronic opioid or sedative drug or alcohol uses
Refuse for participation
Immunocompromised patients
Immunosuppressive drug received patients
history of suspected malignant hyperthermia
