Inclusion Criteria

Pseudophakic eyes with visually significant PCO that need Nd:YAG posterior capsulotomy (impair visual acuity, impair contrast sensitivity, glare,etc.)
IOL in the bag
No contraindication of Nd:YAG posterior capsulotomy

Exclusion Criteria

Complication during cataract surgery or post-operative process
Any ocular surgery during the study
Prior Nd:YAG posterior capsulotomy
Cannot maintain upright position during procedure
