1. Age > 18 years
2. Patient who have history or symptoms of dysphagia, a swallowing disorder that present with ineffective swallowing, nasopharyngeal regurgitation, coughing or difficult breathing after swallowing, globus sensation, need extra time to chew or swallow or food residue.
