Inclusion Criteria
Age between 20 and 70 years.
Men.
Patients undergoing candidal inguinal hernia surgery.
Prevention of advanced renal disease.
Lack of advanced liver disease.
Disease of advanced diabetes.
Having a BMI less than 30.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient dissatisfaction.
Allergy to medications.
Hysterosclerosis.
Failure to co-operate with the patient.
Patients whose surgery lasted more than an hour.
Lack of post operative alertness.

Name Time Method The amount of morphine consumed to relieve pain after surgery. Timepoint: In 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Pain reliever is defined as the visual analog scale of pain.
