1.Subjects belonging to the age group of 20 – 40 years, of either gender.
2.Subjects who fulfil the criteria of premature ageing based on the symptoms mentioned in classical texts and similar questionnaires. (available validated questionnaire/ formulation of a validated tool)
3.Subjects who are willing to provide written consent to participate in the study and give 3-5 ml of blood sample for biochemical test.
1.Subjects with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism and severe obesity.
2.Subjects with any unstable heart disease or known case of MI or unstable angina.
3.Individuals with any type of addiction such as tobacco, smoking, alcohol, substance abuse.
4.Currently the pregnant or post-partum state of lactating women.
5.Subjects who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during past six months.
