Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients with infertility and thin endometrium who have failed 1 or more times after IVF-ET transplantation;
2. Aged 25-40 years;
3. No history of uterine cavity operation in recent three months;
4. Basic endocrine of nearly three months is roughly normal;
5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Intrauterine adhesions (Asherman syndrome), endometrial tuberculosis and other organic injuries, uterine dysplasia;
2. No embryos of high quality were transplanted;
3. Patients with endometrial thickness < 6mm on the day of endometrial transformation;
4. Estrogen treatment contraindications;
5. Anemia, hyperthyroidism, tuberculosis and other serious chronic wasting diseases;
6. With serious primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, etc.;
7. Intelligent disorder, mental patients and other patients do not cooperate with treatment.
