入选标准
- •1. Patients with infertility and thin endometrium who have failed 1 or more times after IVF-ET transplantation;
- •2. Aged 25-40 years;
- •3. No history of uterine cavity operation in recent three months;
- •4. Basic endocrine of nearly three months is roughly normal;
- •5. Sign the informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Intrauterine adhesions (Asherman syndrome), endometrial tuberculosis and other organic injuries, uterine dysplasia;
- •2. No embryos of high quality were transplanted;
- •3. Patients with endometrial thickness < 6mm on the day of endometrial transformation;
- •4. Estrogen treatment contraindications;
- •5. Anemia, hyperthyroidism, tuberculosis and other serious chronic wasting diseases;
- •6. With serious primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, etc.;
- •7. Intelligent disorder, mental patients and other patients do not cooperate with treatment.
