- •all the participants should be willing for the lancing procedure involved in fasting glucose test( both pre and post intervention period). the participants in experimental group should also be willing for 12 week intervention routine of physical activity at pre set timings during their working hours
排除标准
- •persons unable to do physical activit due to various health conditions like osteoarthritis and musculoskeletal injuries, differently abled persons and people with pre diagnosed diabetes and cardiorespiratory conditions
