Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.no history of respiratory disease within 6 months prior to the test
- •2\.able to communicate in Thai
- •3\.low physical activity (GPAQ)
- •4\.health elderly and sarcopenia elderly (by Asian Working Group for Sarcocpenia, 2014\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.resting heart rate more than 120 beat/min
- •2\.high resting blood pressure (\>180/120 mmHg)
- •3\.uncontrolled blood glucose
- •4\.history of neurological conditions, mental health problems (diagnosis by a physician)
